Welcome to 44pk. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 44pk platform, accessible at 44pk.click, including all sports betting markets, casino games, poker tables, slots, and any other services provided by 44pk.
By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on 44pk, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the 44pk platform.
44pk reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The version published on this page is the current version. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent revision was made. Continued use of 44pk after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

To open and maintain a 44pk account, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. 44pk does not permit minors to register or participate in any betting or gaming activity under any circumstances.
- You must be legally permitted to participate in online betting and gaming in your country or jurisdiction of residence.
- You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, and contact details.
- You may hold only one active 44pk account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.
- You must not be acting on behalf of another person. Each account is personal and non-transferable.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of 44pk, or an immediate family member of any such person.
44pk reserves the right to request identity verification documents (e.g., CNIC, passport, utility bills) at any stage. Failure to provide documents when requested may result in account suspension until verification is completed. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure and is not a reflection on any individual player.
Providing false information during registration — including misrepresenting your age — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of any funds in the account.
44pk accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. All account balances, transactions, and payouts are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion is applied on any transaction.
Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfers via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
- Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. 44pk does not accept third-party deposits.
- Deposits are credited to your 44pk balance instantly in most cases. Delays caused by third-party payment processors are outside 44pk's control.
- 44pk does not charge fees on deposits. Some payment providers may charge their own transaction fees, which are the responsibility of the player.
- 44pk reserves the right to request proof of the payment method used (e.g., a screenshot of a JazzCash wallet) as part of routine verification.
- Deposits made during active bonus periods will be subject to the bonus terms applicable to that promotion.
If a deposit fails to credit to your 44pk account, contact support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt a second deposit before confirming the status of the first one with the support team.
You may request a withdrawal from your 44pk account at any time, provided your account is verified and there are no active wagering requirements attached to your balance. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible, as a standard anti-fraud measure.
- Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically complete within 5–15 minutes during normal operating hours.
- Bank IBFT transfers may take up to 2 hours during business hours and up to 24 hours outside banking hours.
- Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your card issuer.
- VIP Gold, Platinum, and Diamond members receive priority withdrawal processing.
- 44pk does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges imposed by payment providers are the responsibility of the player.

Withdrawals will not be processed if there are outstanding unmet wagering requirements on bonus funds. Ensure all wagering requirements are met before initiating a withdrawal request to avoid delays.
44pk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, freerolls, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated at the time of the offer. General bonus rules that apply to all promotions on 44pk are as follows:
- Bonuses are credited to your account automatically on qualifying deposits unless stated otherwise.
- All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement) that must be met before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each offer is stated in that offer's terms.
- Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sports bets typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Slots contribute 100%. Live casino games typically contribute 10–20%. Games with an RTP above 97% may be restricted from wagering requirement fulfilment entirely.
- Bonus funds are used after real money funds have been exhausted, unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
- Only one bonus may be active at a time per account. You cannot stack multiple bonuses simultaneously.
- 44pk reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that was claimed through an error, system fault, or in breach of these Terms.
- Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred, sold, or otherwise shared between accounts.
- Refer a Friend rewards are credited after the referred friend completes registration, makes a qualifying deposit, and meets the minimum wagering threshold. Full details are on the Refer a Friend page.
If you prefer to play without bonus conditions, contact 44pk support before making your deposit and request that no bonus be applied to your account for that transaction. This option is always available.
The following general rules apply to all sports betting markets on 44pk. Sport-specific rules (cricket, football, kabaddi, etc.) are detailed within the respective market on the betting board.
- All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the player. Odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed.
- Bets that have been accepted and confirmed cannot be cancelled by the player. In-play bets are confirmed immediately and are irrevocable.
- 44pk reserves the right to void any bet if an error in odds has occurred due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human error. In such cases, stakes are returned in full.
- 44pk reserves the right to set maximum stake limits on any market and to limit the maximum payout for any single bet or combination bet.
- Bets placed on an event after the event has already started (except designated in-play markets) may be voided at 44pk's discretion.
- In the case of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets are governed by the rules applicable to the specific sport. Generally, if a match is not completed within 24 hours of its scheduled start time, bets are voided and stakes returned.
- PSL and Pakistan international cricket markets are subject to the Pakistan Cricket Board's official results. 44pk relies on official scorecards for settlement.
Any attempt to exploit pricing errors, arbitrage opportunities arising from technical faults, or systematically place bets designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome through account manipulation constitutes prohibited conduct under Section 10 of these Terms.
All casino games, slots, poker tables, and roulette available on 44pk use certified random number generators (RNGs) audited by independent testing bodies. Live dealer games are streamed from certified studios operated by Evolution Gaming, Playtech, NetEnt, Microgaming, and other licensed providers.
- The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed in the game's information panel. 44pk does not alter the RTP of any game from the certified published value.
- In the event of a disconnection during a live dealer game or slot spin, the game outcome is determined by the server-side result at the time of disconnection. 44pk is not responsible for disconnections caused by the player's internet connection or device.
- Progressive jackpot amounts displayed are approximate and update in real time. The exact jackpot paid is determined by the game software at the moment of triggering.
- 44pk reserves the right to withdraw or replace any game from the lobby at any time without notice.
- Malfunctions, game errors, or technical faults that affect the outcome of a game session void all plays and returns for that session. Stakes are returned.
The 44pk VIP Club has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Progression through tiers is based on accumulated loyalty points earned from wagering activity across all 44pk products.
- Loyalty points are awarded based on net wagering activity. The specific points-per-Rs-wagered rate may vary by product and is displayed in the VIP Club page.
- Points and tier status are reviewed on a rolling 30-day basis. Failure to maintain minimum activity thresholds may result in tier demotion.
- VIP benefits — including cashback percentages, withdrawal priority, and access to VIP-only tables — are specific to each tier and are detailed on the VIP Club page.
- 44pk reserves the right to modify tier thresholds, benefit structures, and points conversion rates with reasonable notice to affected players.
- VIP status is personal and non-transferable. It cannot be sold, gifted, or transferred to another account.
- Diamond tier members are assigned a dedicated account manager. Requests to the dedicated manager should be made through the 44pk platform only.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 44pk and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potentially permanent closure with forfeiture of funds:
- Creating or operating more than one account per person.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic aids to place bets or interact with the platform.
- Colluding with other players in poker or any other game to gain an unfair advantage.
- Exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes, or system vulnerabilities to generate guaranteed profits.
- Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic strategies specifically designed to abuse bonus terms.
- Using stolen payment credentials, operating a payment method belonging to another person, or facilitating money laundering through the platform.
- Threatening, abusing, or harassing 44pk staff or other platform users in any communication channel.
- Attempting to access another player's account without their consent.
- Any conduct that 44pk determines, at its reasonable discretion, to be fraudulent, dishonest, or in violation of the spirit of fair play.
44pk employs algorithmic monitoring and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Accounts flagged for investigation may be temporarily restricted while the review is ongoing. 44pk will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the affected player by email.
44pk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Terms have been breached, that fraudulent activity has occurred, or that continued operation of the account poses a legal or regulatory risk to the platform.
- Where an account is suspended for investigation, 44pk will notify the account holder by email and indicate the expected timeline for resolution.
- Where an account is closed for breach of Terms, any balance held may be withheld pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned within 10 business days.
- Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud, money laundering, or exploitation, all funds held may be forfeited and the matter referred to relevant authorities.
- Players who wish to close their own account for any reason may do so via the account settings page or by contacting support. Voluntary closures are processed within 24 hours.
44pk provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While every effort is made to ensure the platform is available and functioning at all times, 44pk does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for losses incurred due to platform downtime, technical faults, or third-party service interruptions.
- 44pk's total liability to any individual player for any claim arising from platform use shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
- 44pk is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive losses of any kind.
- Bet settlement decisions made by 44pk are final. Players who believe a settlement is incorrect must submit a formal dispute within 7 days of the bet being settled. Disputes submitted after this period will not be accepted.
- To submit a dispute, contact 44pk support with the bet ID, date, and a clear explanation of the issue. Disputes are reviewed within 5 business days and the outcome communicated by email.
- 44pk's decisions on disputes are final after the review process has been completed.
